Description
This beautiful, newly remodeled (2006) three-bedroom home is ideally situated in the region of the grand chateaus of the Loire Valley. A verdant, professionally tended garden and a large swimming pool add to the pleasures of this lovely home.
La Closerie's spacious living room has a fireplace, stereo, high-speed Internet, TV and DVD player, and a library at the other end of the room. The warm and welcoming kitchen has oven, stove, microwave, American refrigerator, and dishwasher, and a kitchen table that accommodates six. There is also a laundry area with washer and drier.
The light-filled dining room overlooks the garden and accommodates twelve at the table. Three bedrooms include two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and tubs, and one bedroom with a bathroom and shower.
Enjoy the lovely terrace, complete with table and chairs for alfresco dining, overlooking the garden and large swimming pool. There is also a poolhouse equipped with garden furniture.
