Description
This exceptionally lovely and spacious second-floor apartment has the delightful advantage of overlooking a sumptuous garden from its two half-moon balconies, creating a quiet and private setting extremely rare in Paris.
Large, open rooms feature cathedral ceilings, elegant furnishings, and marble fireplaces. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area; two tall French doors open to a balcony large enough for guests to enjoy breakfast or an apéritif with a garden view. There is also a large dining table for sharing meals in a group. The traditional kitchen contains all the necessary appliances and equipment: dishwasher, washer/dryer, four burner electric stove with conventional oven, and refrigerator.

Nearby Attractions
Once famous for its arty, Bohemian pre-WWII community, the Montparnasse Left Bank neighborhood remains young and trendy. The apartment building is located near two of the most famous cafés of Paris, "La Coupole" and "La Closerie des Lilas". The area includes a plethora of specialty shops, small cafés, reasonably priced restaurants, and movie theaters. Nearby Boulevard Raspail is a good area to take art classes or French classes at the Alliance Française, or shop for organic produce at the market ("marché bio") on Sunday mornings.
