Description
This charming top floor studio was remodeled and charmingly updated in 2011.
Located in a gorgeous, fully secure building, Champs-Elysées Studio offers comfortable and affordable accommodation in one of Paris' most chic neighborhoods. The "Park Avenue" of Paris, chestnut-lined Avenue Foch is the widest boulevard in Paris, with the Place de l'Etoile and magnificent Arc de Triomphe at one end, and Bois de Boulogne park at the other. Guests are in easy walking distance to buses, metros, elegant Avenue Victor Hugo and the Champs-Elysées.
The studio is reached by five flights of stairs, though guests may use the building elevator to lift bags upon arrival. Bright and pleasant, the main area is around 300 square feet, with refinished floors and sloped ceilings with skylights. Newly installed Velux windows block street noise when closed. High quality furnishings include a double bed, convertible sofa, coffee table and flat screen television with cable.
A separate kitchen has a wooden bar table with two stools, electric cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator and washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, sink and toilet.
Abundant natural light and sweeping views of the skyline over Avenue Foch with elegant buildings and tree-lined streets in the distance. This charming flat is perfect for one or a two people desiring simplicity and romance at once.
