With a prime location between the legendary Champs Elysées and Rue du Faubourg St. Honoré, this renovated apartment is a wonderful starting and ending point for your Parisian adventures. Three bedrooms and three baths make it perfect for families or groups of friends.

Four flights up (the building has a tiny elevator), the entrance opens to a hallway that connects all the rooms.  The first bedroom is furnished with two single captain-style beds, separated by a closet.  The adjacent bathroom is equipped with a shower stall with a round ceiling-mounted showerhead as well as a hand-held shower head, sink, and separate toilet.

The entry hall opens into a bright cozy room that serves as the main living space.  Simple furnishings include two sofas and a coffee table. The television is equipped with basic cable and a DVD player. Adjacent dining area has a table for six.  Along the back wall, an efficient kitchenette is comprised of a countertop with a two-burner cooktop, small refrigerator tucked beneath the cabinetry, microwave/toaster oven combination, espresso machine, and dishwasher. 

The second bedroom is equipped with two small single beds, storage shelves, and a bathroom with shower stall, including a ceiling-mounted showerhead and a wall-mounted showerhead, and toilet. 
At the far end of the hall is the master bedroom, with two large windows allowing in generous natural light.  This room is furnished with a writing desk and a king-sized bed (two mattresses, but cannot be separated to form two singles).  There's a closet for storage of your belongings and a combination washer/dryer unit.  The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub with hand-held shower head, vanity and toilet.
