Avenue Foch Luxury can be accessed by the building's spacious elevator or the elegant stairwell. The foyer, painted a warm red, greets guests with a wonderful collection of antique globes and natural artifacts, and opens to the main sitting room. Beautifully preserved original parquet floors compliment the room's varied artworks, Art Deco sofa and chairs and grand piano. Muted, earthy hues, large French windows and high coved ceilings add warmth and natural light to the lofty room.

From here a long corridor gives access to three bedrooms, three bathrooms, the laundry room, and the large kitchen. Two of the bedrooms face the quiet courtyard side of the building; one is furnished with a queen size bed and has its own en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, the second bedroom has a queen size bed. A second bathroom with a large shower stall is located in the corridor near the second bedroom.  The master bedroom with view of Avenue Foch has a king size BED (or twin side by side). All the bedrooms are outfitted with high quality linens and bedding and generous storage space.

At the end of the hallway is a large, fully equipped laundry room. Avenue Foch Luxury is found just steps from the Place de l'Etoile, one of the most exclusive areas of Paris. Here you can admire beautifully tended gardens, wide boulevards, sumptuous mansions and classic monuments. Lined with large chestnut trees, Avenue Foch is one of twelve boulevards that converge at Place de Charles de Gaulle and l’Arc de Triomphe. Inside the Arc, erected in 1806, is le Tombeau du Soldat Inconnu and a museum dedicated to the French army. The names of the twelve avenues radiating out from here are named after generals of Napoleon’s army. On the west side of the monument is the large park Bois de Boulogne. With over two thousand acres, it offers Parisians and visitors alike a beautiful setting for walking, biking, horseback riding and playing tennis. Les Jardins de Bagatelle, on the west side of the park, has a wonderful rose garden. There are also two separate horse racing tracks within the park.

On Avenue Champs-Elyeés, which also starts at the Arc de Triomphe, one can enjoy lovely fountains, flowerbeds, paths and pavilions. From here you can walk to the impressive 19th century exhibition hall, Le Grand Palais. Newly restored, it is a large palace combining a classical stone façade with Art Nouveau ironwork and a massive glass roof. Across Avenue Winston Churchill, le Petit Palais houses the City of Paris Art Collection that includes ancient artifacts, rare manuscripts, and a variety of outstanding exhibitions. Following Avenue des Champs-Elyeés, there are numerous shops and cafés. Further east are Place de la Concorde, Jardin des Tuileries and Musee du Louvre. The stately American Embassy is found at No.2 Avenue Gabriel. By crossing the impressive Art Nouveau bridge Pont Alexandre III, you can walk directly to the famous golden domed church that houses Napoleon’s tomb on the Left Bank.
