This charming apartment in a 1913 building with elevator is in an ideal Latin Quarter location a short walk from the river, directly across from Notre Dame. In this pleasant Parisian neighborhood there is a plethora of food markets, shops and restaurants just steps away.

The fully-equipped remodeled kitchen makes efficient use of its space with a small sink, electric range, microwave, small oven, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. A full-size American style refrigerator with freezer is cleverly concealed in the storage cabinets in the living room.

Located between Boulevard St. Germain and Place du Panthéon , Rue de la Montagne apartment is very near to the main entrance to Université Paris I (La Sorbonne). A short walk takes you to the Musée de Cluny, Jardins du Luxembourg, Boulevard St. Michel or the Seine and Notre Dame. Don't miss the great outdoor market, held twice a week just a short walk down the hill. There is convenient food shopping a few doors away and a choice of several excellent bakeries within a block. The windows on the street side provide entertaining glimpses of people crossing Rue des Ecoles on their way to work or school.
