Located on a small side street just off Boulevard St. Germain in the highly desirable 6th arrondissement, this lovely apartment is simply ideal for a large family or two couples with children. 
The elegant and well appointed space is framed by original wainscoting, historic parquet floors, and lofty ceilings with exposed wood beams. Grand windows and decorative marble fireplaces in nearly every room further enhance the sophisticated décor. With over 1,000 square feet and three bedrooms, guests have plenty of room to sprawl out and make themselves at home.

The flat is reached by two flights of stairs to the French second, American third floor. In the entry there is access to a full bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. One of the two main bedrooms is also accessed from the entry. The room is tastefully furnished, with two twin beds arranged side by side. Large windows overlook Rue Serpente below. Private en-suite bathroom is equipped with a glass-enclosed shower, pedestal sink, bidet and toilet. The second bedroom accessed from the entry is better suited to children, with two twin beds in a sleeping loft above a small sitting area. This room faces over the quiet central courtyard.

The apartment then opens to the main living area, with adjacent dining room and kitchen facilities. On the far side of the room, an oversized sofa faces a fireplace (sorry, not to be used!) and flat-screen TV with DVD player. Behind the sofa is a generous dining table that seats up to eight. The kitchen, cleverly built into the wall, is equipped with all modern appliances including a dishwasher, American-style refrigerator with freezer, flat electric cooktop, and conventional oven.
The third bedroom is located off the livingroom, and overlooks the inner courtyard of the building. Like the other main bedroom, it is furnished with two single beds set up side by side. Ensuite bath has a claw-foot tub with hand held shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
An extra sleeping loft with two floor mattresses is available upon request.
