Description
This sophisticated one-bedroom apartment has a wonderful location in Paris' chic "Triangle d'Or" district, an easy walk to the Avenue Champs-Élysées, the Seine and the Grand Palais. On the fifth floor French (sixth floor American) of a secure 1930's building with elevator, the quiet apartment features romantic views of the Eiffel Tower and surrounding Parisian rooftops.
Fully remodeled in 2008, "Triangle d'Or" apartment has large west-facing windows, quality recessed lighting, hardwood floors throughout, central air-conditioning and modern Acova radiators.
The main living area is pleasant and comfortable, with high-quality furnishings that include a Roche-Bobois sofa bed, armchair and occasional tables. Adjacent dining area seats four. Large sliding glass doors separate this main living space from the bedroom with large windows, a queen sized bed with Butex mattress, and a desk.

Guests at Triangle d'Or apartment are walking distance to the Louvre, the Musée d'Orsay, the Jardin des Tuileries and the Eiffel Tower. Right outside the apartment are theaters, cinemas, restaurants and night clubs on the Champs-Élysées. Three subway lines (1,9 and 13) and all buses at the Rond Point des Champs-Élysées 1/2 a block away.
