Situated on the fourth floor American, no elevator, it is bathed in yellow and ochre, with traditional red “tomettes” tiles on the floor. This bright, fully renovated apartment embodies all the typical charm and warmth of a Provençal home. With double paned windows and no bars or restaurants close enough to disturb you at night, you can truly enjoy being in the heart of things.

Fully equipped with all the amenities, the apartment is decorated in a charming mix of Provençal antiques, fabrics, and artwork. Tall French windows in both the sitting room and hallway flood the apartment with light. To the left of the entry, the kitchen has cheerful yellow and red Provençal tiles, washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oven, cook top, and all the dishes and cookware needed for a pleasant stay.  An eating bar with wrought iron stools separates the kitchen from the sitting room, providing the perfect spot to enjoy your morning croissants. The sitting area is comfortable and cozy with a dark brown leather sofa, two soft buttercup-colored upholstered armchairs, fireplace, an entertainment center with a wide flat-screen TV, CD player, and a large selection of English language books and CDs. At the far end of this room, a dinning area seating four has views to the elegant turn-of-the-century buildings just across the street.

A light-filled hallway off the main living area leads to the bedroom featuring a queen sized wrought iron bed with new American mattress and box springs, down filled comforters, and quality all-cotton linens. Closets along the back of the bedroom have convenient hanging systems and shelving. The fully renovated bathroom features white tile walls with Provençal accent tiles, shower, halogen lighting, storage, and hairdryer.
