Description
Lovely two story villa with breathtaking sea views, walking distance to shops, cafés, waterfront restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches. Impeccably maintained by meticulous owners, the home has two separate apartments within a gated compound, one on each of the two floors. Ideal for couples traveling together, it allows for complete privacy, along with ample space for enjoying each other’s company.
The upper floor, with panoramic views, sleeps two to four and can be rented separately. The open living room/dining room has comfortable armchairs, sofa, satellite TV, telephone, and wet bar. A long balcony with sea views is connected to this area and to one of the bedrooms. The large modern kitchen, completely remodeled a few years ago, is equipped with a cook top with three gas burners and one electric, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, American style refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, washing-machine, breakfast table and chairs. The two bedrooms on this floor each have a double bed with quality mattresses. The full bathroom has a tub with a hand held shower, a shower stall, a bidet, and two sinks. Independent toilet
A stairway leads to the garden level which features direct access to a large terrace and landscaped tropical garden. The living area features sofa and chairs, satellite TV, dining area, and a compact kitchen with four-burner gas range, full-size refrigerator/ freezer, washing machine, and small breakfast table. The bedroom has a double bed and an extra single bed that can be moved into the living room. The bathroom has a tub with hand held shower, washbasin and bidet. There is also an independent toilet.
Nearby Attractions
St. Raphaël is a lovely resort town, lively in all seasons. The marina, promenade along the waterfront and beautiful fine sand beaches have endless appeal to all ages. St. Raphaël has daily open markets, simple and sophisticated restaurants. Cannes, Nice, St. Tropez are all within short driving distance. This is one of the most beautiful parts of the French Riviera.

This property was wonderful--just what we were looking for. After spending several weeks in the beautifully green, but cool, Loire valley, we really needed a break somewhere warm. San Raphaël was small and charming, and within a day trip's distance to Nice, Aix-en Provence, Avignon, etc. There was secure room to park our rental car within the villa's gates. The rooms were spacious and there was a great dining/front room with views to the Mediterranean. All in all a great property and one to which I would return.
