Surrounded by several acres of beautifully maintained natural land, this  restored stone farmhouse is a delightful vacation getaway for a group of friends or family.  Several outdoor terraces are equipped with comfortable patio furniture, encourage lounging, dining, and barbecuing.  Located in a private  setting near the picturesque village of Roussillon, the house features panoramic views of the verdant countryside, extending to the perched villages of Bonnieux and Lacoste.   Just beyond the garden, a fenced swimming pool sits in a sunny clearing beside a grove of fragrant pines and lavender.

Tastefully decorated with French country antiques, the main part of the house is on two floors. One enters by way of the uppermost floor, which features a spacious sitting room with an ancient stone fireplace. Both the living room and the adjacent dining room open onto a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Past the dining room, the newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas range, full oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Well stocked with dishes and cookware.   One of the five bedrooms is located on this uppermost level and has a single bed and adjacent shower room. Down a few stairs, the middle floor contains four more bedrooms and two more baths; two with queen-size beds, one with a large private bath with shower stall, tub and double sink.  Another bedroom has twin beds that can be made into one king size bed and a fifth bedroom has a double bed. There is a spacious shared bath with shower, two sinks, tiled walls and floors and a separate toilet.

The laundry room is located on the lower floor with access to the back yard.
The bedrooms on this floor are not rented.
