A large terrace with fountain is shaded by beautiful old lime and plane trees, creating a delightful setting for outdoor dining. The grounds include a large pool, a turn-of-the century greenhouse, fruit trees, cypresses and lavender.

Tastefully decorated with period family furniture, the first floor has a living room with working fireplace, a den serving as a library with TV/VCR, and a separate dining room, also with a large working fireplace. The updated kitchen, opening to the front terrace, is equipped with new fixtures and appliances, including a stone slab counter, dishwasher, gas cook top, electric oven, and large refrigerator/freezer. Separate laundry room with washing machine.

On the second floor, all three bedrooms have a double bed and one has an extra single bed. Large independent bathroom with shower. The older wing, restored in 1999, has two large bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, each with a tub and toilet, and one with a wall hung shower. Central heating. Telephone. Linens provided. Firewood available.
