This attractive, well-kept stone house is built like the sturdy old farmhouses typical of the area. Exposed beams, antique wood furnishings and arched doorways throughout lend the house an appealing rusticity. Situated among apricot orchards and verdant farmland, it has panoramic views and a pool with a shaded poolside patio.

On the first of two floors, there is an open, airy living room with French doors opening directly to the outdoor patio, yard and pool. Leather armchairs
and sofas make for pleasant relaxation indoors on particularly hot days.
The adjacent dining area has a table to seat eight.  A partial wall separates the living and dining areas from the kitchen, allowing for easy interaction between guests in all the rooms.  The corner kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer, four-burner stove, microwave, double sink, dishwasher, and stainless-steel prep table. On the other end of the ground floor, there is a pleasant family room, serving as both a TV room and a bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed and two narrow single beds. French doors open to the outdoors. The modern bathroom on this floor has a shower stall, washbasin, and toilet.  Across the hall, there is a clean and convenient laundry room with a washing machine and ironing equipment.

From the living and dining area, a curved stone staircase leads up to three bedrooms, equipped with quality beds and bedding, with windows looking out onto the Alpilles mountains and woods. One bedroom has a queen size bed, one a double bed and a crib, and the third, a double bed. The pleasant tiled bathroom has a toilet, full-size tub with handheld shower, and washbasin.
