Description
Maison Mauresque is a tastefully renovated luxury accommodation in one of the most desirable residential villages near Montpellier in the heart of Languedoc. With five bedrooms, spacious living areas, and a delightful terrace, garden and pool, Maison Mauresque can comfortably accommodate up to ten people.
There are five bedrooms on the second floor-- three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two twins and one bedroom with a two-person convertible sofa. One bedroom has an en suite modern luxury bathroom in marble with walk-in shower. The other vast modern luxury bathroom has a large corner tub and 2 sinks. Three bedrooms overlook the back with beautiful views to the Puech de Mourgues hills, and two bedrooms overlook the pool.
The large modern kitchen has dishwasher, oven, microwave, tall freezer, tall fridge, stainless steel gas stove and washing machine. A large wooden dining table has extensions to seat a crowd. Walk through the French doors from the sunny, south-facing living room to a lovely terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Enjoy Moroccan style decorative accents throughout the house.

Maison Mauresque is a 18th Century "Maison de Maitre" in the village center of Sussargues, twenty minutes northeast of Montpellier. It is within walking distance to the baker/grocer, beauty salon, a wine cooperative, restaurant/bar, florist, and garage, and a supermarket is a five-minute drive.
Sussargues is in the heart of the Languedoc, close to all the most popular tourist attractions, including the Pic St Loup, Wine Routes, the medieval village of Sommieres, a bull running area, golf course, cycle paths, tennis, horseback riding and hiking.
