Description
One of two rental possibilities on the green, park-like grounds of a private estate, this large studio is charming with its summer kitchen and secluded garden area. The whole estate is beautifully planted with trees and shrubs and includes a large open area displaying several of the artist/owner’s outdoor sculptures. The apartment’s summer kitchen has several French doors opening to a secluded garden area, shaded by trees and full of flowers in the summer. The terra cotta tile floor, red tile counter, rustic exposed beam ceiling, kitchen fireplace, and large country style dining table give this studio a lot of charm. The main room contains a French country armoire and twin beds that can be made into a queen size bed as needed. Tile bath with shower and toilet connected to the main room. This one floor unit is handicapped accessible. Parking inside the gate. Linens included. No pets please.
Nearby Attractions
Loumarin, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France, is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and almond trees. It is a lively place in the summer with numerous restaurants, boutiques and outdoor cafés. There are winding narrow streets, lovely old restored houses, a 16th century castle, and a bustling Friday morning market. Nearby activities include hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, swimming, tennis, and river fishing. Summer events include theater, concerts, and local fairs.
