Description

On a family estate within walking distance of the village center, guests will enjoy this exceptional park-like, garden environment decorated with the artist/owner’s sculptures. These accommodations have been tastefully restored by and for the owner. A large glass door looks out on a field of olive trees and a private patio with table and lounging chairs. There is another attractive terrace around the other side of the building.

Inside, a large open area on the ground floor contains a comfortable living room with sitting and dining areas, open fireplace, tile floor and lovely carved wooden doors. The open kitchen is well equipped and cheerful with a decorative tile counter. The center of this room has the original height of the barn. Around the perimeter, a mid-level with stairway has been cleverly created to accommodate a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with tub and hand held shower and a large walk-in closet.
