Cradled in the lush hills of Lucca, Tuscany, this marvelous villa was built in medieval times and has since been restored as an exquisite country home, perfect for a special vacation with loved ones.

The verdant gardens surrounding the house change with the seasons and offer stunning views of the house and the valley below. Children and adults alike will love exploring the peaceful grounds, including a stream, a fish pond, tree house, rose garden, olive groves, cypresses, private swimming pool and soccer terrain.

In addition to the bedrooms the house features two terraces, one patio, kitchen, dining room, drawing room, two fireplaces, library/TV room, utility room.

The farmhouse kitchen that opens onto the terrace is equipped with a dishwasher and 2 ovens. Informal and spacious, it is perfect for real lovers of food and cooking.  It has a table for 4 often used for coffee breaks and snacks during the day. 

In the first of three master bedroom with queen beds  you'll find an ensuite bath and a magnificent view of the Tuscan landscape from the private terrace. The second master with queen bed, decorated in ancient tapestries, has an ensuite bathroom with a wonderful view over the ancient church of San Lorenzo.

The third master bedroom with queen bed again with ensuite bathroom is on the first floor. Facing east, this bedroom receives the morning light; from here you'll hear the gentle flow of water in the stream just outside.

In the air-conditioned attic you'll find two single beds. Overlooking the San Lorenzo church, the space feels like the island of the house, ideal for meditation or noisy children!

On the ground floor the single room with ensuite shower room is the coziest room in the house, just steps from the garden. While this room is best for a single occupant there is the possibility of adding an extra bed if necessary.

Behind the main house you'll find the old farmhouse which has been stylishly renovated as a wonderful guest house sleeping six. The house is comprised of an open kitchen and living room, one master bedroom with en suite bathroom, two double bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and one bathroom. Connected to the main house by a private path, the guesthouse can also be rented separately.
