Guests will feel right at home in this spacious two-bedroom Paris apartment rental in the lively Rue Cler neighborhood. Champ de Mars is only available for approximately 4 months of the year. It provides a spacious/gracious environment to relax, dine, cook, entertain, and really “live” in Paris. It works especially well for two couples, families or for two people who want a bit more space. The 1930s Art Deco building with elevator has just two units per floor. Vintage parquet floors and decorative marble-faced fireplaces throughout enhance the tasteful décor.
The dramatic entry hallway, with coat closet, opens onto the dining room, living room and kitchen. The large living room has a comfy L-shape sofa, coffee table, new armchairs, beautiful lighting, built-in bookcases (with lending library) and a large flat screen cable TV. The dining room is also large, well lit, has a wooden table for six, two extra armchairs, and a built-in art deco buffet. Multiple large windows in both rooms overlook quiet Rue Duvivier. There is an iPod dock with speakers, as well a library stocked with guidebooks so you can leave yours at home.
Across the entry from the dining room is the newly redone kitchen, equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, induction flat-top range, microwave, full-size oven, dishwasher, washer & separate dryer, granite counter tops and all the cookware and utensils you'll need to prepare meals from the exceptional products you'll find in Rue Cler's market shops. The cabinets are custom built and full of all the dishes, glasses, cookware, etc. you’ll need plus feel free to share the well-equipped pantry spices.
The two good-sized bedrooms are found at the end of the long hallway. One has a queen size bed, closet, small desk, reading chair and an en-suite ½ bath (toilet with a sink). The second, larger bedroom has a decorative fireplace, two closets, and a king size bed. Both rooms have 1 large dresser, 2 bedside tables and large dressing mirrors. Each bedroom also has a large window over the quiet inner courtyard, blocking out street noise and allowing for a pleasant night's rest.
Conveniently located between the two bedrooms, the modern tiled bathroom has a sink and full bathtub with glass shower enclosure, a toilet and plenty of cabinet space.

We were greeted at the front door by Marie who was a pleasure to meet. She was extremely kind and helpful, and took the time to ensure we had all the information we needed. The apartment was fantastic and well maintained - a real charm - made us feel like we were living in our own home in France. Location is perfect next to Rue Cler, and a 15 minute walk to the base of the Tour Eiffel. The communication with France Homestyle was excellent. This beautiful apartment is absolutely perfect for a lovely stay in Paris! Just a block over from the fabulous bakeries, bistros, shops, markets and restaurants on Rue Cler. Easy walking distance to the Tour de Eiffel, Museums, and metro. We shared the flat with another couple and the space was hugely comfortable. The manager that met us was gracious and so very helpful. The bus information in the guide you prepared was very helpful. We rarely use the bus service but it turned out to be an unexpected pleasure. To that end, the information you provided encouraged us to give it a try. It seemed so simple, and that turned out to be the case. In addition, we appreciated the caddy immensely, since we shop and eat many of our meals in the apartment. Finally, Elsie and Marie could not be more gracious and helpful. What wonderful people! Marie-Noel was there to greet us, and acquaint us with the apartment and surrounding area. Champ de Mars was a great experience. It is so central and easy to access all areas of Paris. The Rue Cler markets made it easy to cater for ourselves as we had the kitchen to use. The apartment was very well appointed and very comfortable.
