This renovated duplex apartment provides comfortable and sophisticated accomodations for up to five people in one of Paris’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Exceptionally spacious, the renovated two-story flat is the perfect place for your family or friends to get to know Paris.
Entered on the third floor, the apartment opens to the kitchen on the right, featuring all modern appliances, a deep vessel sink, small breakfast bar with two stools, four-burner plaque, and plenty of counter space. A window separates the adjacent dining room with bar, wine cellar and glass dining table for eight.
The main area consists of an elegant and luminous livingroom with a traditional “tommette” tile floor, leather couches, bookshelves stocked with historical editions and a small den with upright piano, television nook and office area.
From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to the second floor with two full bedrooms and a den with a single bed and a desk. The spacious main bedroom has a queen bed, windows facing over the courtyard, and an ensuite tiled bathroom with a tub, double sink and washer and dryer. In the hallway is an independent WC.
