In the family for generations, this house is a genuine Provençal "Mas", or stone farmhouse, with two stories. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable sitting room is furnished with period pieces, a stone fireplace, family oil portraits and assorted artworks. The more recent wing of the house, dating from the 1930’s, includes an attractive dining room with exposed stonewalls, a large country table seating up to twelve, an antique carved walnut dresser, and a comfortable single daybed. A collection of antique plates and 18th century pewter graces the walls. Outside the dining room there is a sheltered patio with lots of outdoor furniture.

Remodeled in 2000, the kitchen is a warm and inviting space with white cabinets, decorative blue and white tile backsplash, and a wide wooden breakfast counter. Appliances include a gas and electric four-burner cook top, wall oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and washing machine. Down the hall, a cheerful bedroom with twin beds has direct access to the garden through French doors. The second bedroom has a bunk bed sleeping two children. Small shower room.

Up a steep staircase to the second floor, the master bedroom has two twin beds and a contiguous full bathroom. Both rooms have windows overlooking the attractive yard.
