It was originally built by the owner’s grandparents as their principal residence and now serves as pleasant retreat for visitors on the lovely and quiet wooded property. It offers homey, comfortable accommodations perfect for families. Three other homes share this large estate, but sitting on its own a four-acre parcel,  this home is very private. Walking distance to shops in the lovely village of Peymeinade.

This fully furnished and equipped villa is rustic and not appointed with all the modern amenities but offers peace and relaxation at a reasonable price in a high rent region. The living room has a working fireplace, sofa, upholstered chairs, and a large dining table. Of the three bedrooms, one has a double bed, one has two single beds, and the third small bedroom has another single bed + a child's bed. Two bathrooms, one with tub and the other with a shower. Separate toilet room. Amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, and television.

Situated above the bustling Riviera and Mediterranean beaches, this home is a five-minute walk to the village Peymeinade. The historic heart of the village is the church and an array of beautiful 18th century homes. Peymeinade offers numerous musical and theatrical events and there are regular antique fairs and markets. Other perched villages and the beaches are a short drive away. Beautiful views and the whole Riviera are yours. Start with the old town of Grasse and visit some Parfumeries and the Musée de la Parfumerie. Drive to St. Paul de Vence and Vence. Within a seven-mile radius of the house, there are several stables for western style or classical riding. Riding schools all offer beautiful rides in the country.
